It’s an amazing place to celebrate.
Made a reservation at this hotel and needed to cancel within 12 hours of making the reservation. Bonvoy member too! The hotel insisted on charging me for the full amount. Do not stay here. Horrible experience dealing with incompetent service reps.
Fast elevators! Really appreciate that!
