The only issue I had with this Starbucks is dealing with the construction on I-51 to get here. The drive-thru could have been slightly faster, but this has been one of the better Starbucks’ I’ve been to around Madison, at least customer service wise.
Music is terrible!!! lights keep going in and out. too many small circle tables that aren't very helpful with laptops and a drink
Tried to update an earlier post but had to redo it instead. Was there today. Had my order wrong, still asked for a tip and then asked if it was OK that my order was wrong. I said no.
The car in front of me had a five minute conversation with the window check out girl. On my time. And they still got my order wrong. And they still wanted a tip. Nope.
