I recently used Twisted Radish Catering for my wedding reception at the Frank Lloyd Wright Taliesin Visitor Center in Spring Green WI and they were absolutely fantastic!

COMMUNICATION: I live out of state and thought it might be difficult to work remotely with a caterer, but Nicki made the whole experience easy and fun. I really felt like she took the time to make sure I was happy with everything and was always available to chat on the phone or quick to respond to my emails.

I was very disappointed in our service with Gristle for our wedding reception and brunch
The food was great, and we had many compliments for our reception and for brunch the next day.
Unfortunately, the customer service and communication with them was incredibly frustrating.
Many issues that were discussed earlier in the planning process were completely ignored when it cam time for the wedding. Gristle refused to clean up plates, cups after the ceremony. The bartending...read full review

Gristle did a wonderful job catering for our wedding. They worked with us to create a menu that fit within our price range, their staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was so excellent!! Several guests told me that it was the best food that they've ever had at a wedding. I particularly loved the barbecue pulled pork.
