They reached out and gave me a credit of the amount of the pizza that wasn’t my favorite. And to be clear - it was good pizza still. But with the credit, I got to place an order for other pizza. “It’s hard to make food a sexual experience but the Spicy Shrimp Po’ Boy f***** my face. Fuckin’ F**** a lot of places tone spice down for ‘general pop’ but this place gives it to you raw. If it says spicy it’s spicy but it also delivers a balance of flavor with heat. It was an explosion of awesome in my mouth. “It's a small location, not for dining in, only takeout and delivery. But so far, after about 2 dozen pizzas ordered, they have not disappointed me. They have not yet gotten an order wrong, over or undercooked it, or significantly deviated from the quality and timeliness that I value. All of the employees I've interacted with have been not only polite, but pleasant to talk to as well.“

“This pizza was fantastic! We had stopped buying Pizza Hut pizzas years ago because the taste went down-hill and cost went up. We only went to Pizza Hut this time because everyone else was closed on Easter, and we're glad we did! Now the pizza tastes GREAT, and the price was surprisingly low!“

“I work with Superior Ambulance. We just finished a call in the Madison area. My partner and I wanted to stop in before heading back to our station in Oshkosh. 30 mins to close and we couldn’t fit our ambulance through the drive thru. We walked down the drive thru and were met with the most kind, sincerest service my partner and I have ever experienced. They allowed us into their closed lobby and treated us incredibly well with their service, food, and hospitality. Everyone there was so friendly. Highly recommend this location. We will certainly be frequenting this store whenever we are in Madison next. Thank you to all who work there. We really didn’t expect any service since we were walking down the drive thru and it being so close to closing time, but we were blown away by your service!“

“It’s Pizza Hut. You’re not going for amazing pizza, you’re going because you’re hungry and don’t want to cook.

Great deal on a large 3-topping, it was made quickly (and honestly is surprisingly good?), and the employees are super friendly and chill. Legit was in and out of the place with a fresh pizza in hand in like 10-12 minutes. Probably the second best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to other than the one I used to go to in the 90s to get a free pizza from reading enough books for Book It.“
