“Last two times I have gone here I have had bad food. Fried chicken livers way over done, and beef shank was dry and tough, variable were under cooked to he point of being raw. And last time I went somehow my bill came out to $168. I had drinks and bought cocktails mix to go, but just seemed like too much after I thought about it. Not sure if I trust restaurant manger, seemed to be playing around with the bill.“
“There are many noteworthy Italian restaurants along the west coast of Lake Michigan, and this might be the best. Zak and Sarah have created an incredible place to dine in Milwaukee. The food is sublime, service attentive, and a wine list designed with purpose. If Michelin came to town, there are a few places that would get a nod. This is one.“

In MKE we look for great spots like this to sit outside and enjoy the warm weather. My date suggested this place and I've never been here. Nice selection of drinks and nice small menu for appetizers or small plates to share. We had the Capalatina and Olive salad. They have events monthly so join the mailing list. “We hosted a baby shower for 30 guests at the Ruby Tap and it was wonderful. Brooke was easy to work with to make the reservation, and the staff/service the day of the event was excellent and very accommodating. The venue is very pretty, and the setting was great for drinks and snacks, lunch, and gift opening. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend this spot for this type of event.“
“Ray's has become my staple liquor store in the area, having the best variety of all products, and being super knowledgable. However, I have been missing out on the growler gallery!I recently took my first class at their gallery for Manhattan Madness and was so impressed with Scott's knowledge of bitters and apertifs and the balance of the cocktails. They spiced it up giving us a traditional, dry, tequila based and a spin on the aperitif for this one!He was so engaging and fun that I didn't want the class to end. I cannot wait to attend more of their events going forward!“
