I'm new to tow so both of these people treated me well and made me feel so welcome to this new town I've been in. My first day there was my 6th day in town and Kelly made me feel at home.“
“A fantastic family owned business where the married couple run the show. Lee is a Vietnam vet and the pro behind the bar while Dianne runs around entertaining the guests making sure this well oiled machine of a gem is operating smoothly...which it always is. Friday Fish Fry is their specialty so get their early. Order at the service desk what you want to eat and then wait at the bar for your number gets called to sit down. Bring cash! Very limited cell signal! ATM on site because they don't take cards. Their deep fried mussels are 100 out of 100.“

“Really good (broasted) fried chicken. Fresh, crispy, great (homemade ) jo jos and potato salad. Drove from Wausau and it was totally worth it. It was not anything I thought this would be--it's really a take out restaurant and liquor store now. Not really dine in. The mother/son running this are so darn lovely so if you're in the mood for some fried chicken, definitely consider this one!“
