The restaurant is nice inside. Employees struggle when you order and we had to remind them we didn't get a drink with a kids meal. Banana shake had strings in it and the cheese for the pretzel bites was oily.
Wow! I'm new to Merrill and a driver for a local company. I guess I should have come to Culver's for that first impression of Merrill cust service!! I've only tried that God awful excuse of a restaurant taco B/KFC. Which apparently never has food. The best fast food restaurant in Merrill. The food is always great. It's always clean inside with a friendly staff. The drive thru takes more time due to them making the food from scratch. The prices have gone up, but I feel you get better food than McDonald's.
