“We love the pizza we buy at The Pizza Shop in Merrill. Not only does it have a nice flavor, it has a crispy crust reminiscent of piecrust. Since we live some distance away, we take home frozen pizzas which are sold half off the second pizza any day, any time.“

“We are from out of town and just googled pizza places in Merrill ,WI. Hugo's sounded good. Cute place you call to order and drive up to pick up. The girl working was so nice and the pizza was awesome. Plenty of sauce ,veges and sausage. Crust was fantastic. If your ever in Merril you need to check it out!“

“We had the Taco pizza and bacon cheeseburger pizza. We usually only order very basic pepperoni and sausage when we order out so when I came home with these my 3 girls were not impressed with me. I told them to just try it and all of them said it was a great choice!!! Definitely recommend!!“

“The food is great and reasonably priced. The building is an old tin-ceiling bar and casual restaurant with beer signs and mildly sassy slogans. If you're a sports fan, you'll love the big screen tvs and the corner bar atmosphere. Definitely recommend!“

“Great Wisconsin bar. We stopped in on Saturday 3/15/25 at 10am for a bloody mary. It was excellent. This is the 2nd time we have stopped at this bar while visiting Merrill. Staff and locals are very friendly. New barstools are very comfy and you could sit there all day. We will definitely visit again next time we are in Merrill. Would definitely recommend!“
