The airport location did not have the food prepared and told me it would be a 20 minute wait. I sat in from of the counter in plain sight. The clerk did not call me or thank me for my patience. I fould the mini pretzel dogs to be rather tasty and filling; however, my the mini pepperoni pretzels were overly cooked, burnt and cru cru crunchy.
Customer service was outstanding. However, this is the worst Auntie Anne’s pretzel I’ve ever had. If I wanted a crunchy pretzel that leaves my mouth parched, I would have bought a bag of Rold Gold’s. I advise taking your money to Chili’s down the hall - thank me later.
They caught the eye of our toddler and were so kind. Absolutely delightful.
