I came around 7:45 am to get a pretzel but there was just a sign that said “be back”. After waiting 5 minutes or so, I ate somewhere else. When I returned an hour later, she ignored me for a while and then told me, rather coldly, that she had nothing and it would be at least 30minutes!!! Wow!
Terrible experience. I was the only person in line, and the employee kept harassing me for an order after every 5 seconds. Then she tells me that they only have three items that they can sell me. Why would you show a full menu when you don't sell even half of it? I looked at my receipt, and it showed a 'COVID relief' charge. I'm never going here again.

Was at mke Airport and went to auntie Anne's. Was told they did not have any nibbles available just what was out there. I asked how long for new ones was told 30 minutes. After 40 minutes of watching and waiting which is hilarious because they closed the gates I went back up and asked thru the gate how much longer and was told 20 minutes. I responded and said you told me 30 and that was 40 minutes ago. I could see they had pretzels and had bags on them but not serving customers....read full review
