I took my granddaughter on Saturday March 2nd . It was amazing how much the young girl that was helping my granddaughter pick out a prize . The gentleman at the front counter was also very helpful.
I was there last Saturday with my family for my granddaughter's birthday celebration. Half of the playing games are broken. The manager closed the salad bar despite people who paid and were waiting for more to be served. The bathrooms needed continuous cleaning and care. Everyone loves Chuck E. Cheese. The service at this location has gone down over the years.Kid-friendliness: This is a kid-friendly environment

The pizza is amazing. A little pricy considering I asked one cashier if they would honor the $52.99 for 2 one hour unlimited cards cuz my phone died and I couldn't pull up the coupon. I got my phone charged and the 2nd cashier said I didn't need the coupon. My grandkids had fun. It was pretty clean. Not enough games for older kids though.
