Based on reviews, Hong Kong Express 香港快運 | Drive-Thru & Restaurant is a family run business with good people. The food is always delicious, kind, professional, and clean. The lunch special and chow mein are great, and the smoothies are beyond compare. However, the wonton soup was horrible, too thick and flavorless, using potstickers instead of wontons. The crab rangoon had almost no filling. Having customers wait in the drive thru line as the only option for collecting an online order is the dumbest business decision, with one customer waiting 20 minutes for a 15-minute order.
