Always a bad sign when you see 7 people behind the counter and no one knows what their are doing. The cashier was new and should have been monitored when taking orders. Always needed assistance. Which is part of the process but when your busy someone with experience should have stepped in to help. Took over 40 min and still didn’t get the correct food. Was there about 6 months ago and almost the same thing happened, thought it would have changed.
I love that chicken from Popeyes so much I decided to work for them!
