“I have the app which makes it convenient to place my order ahead of time.. weather I pick it up thru the drive-thru or walk-in to grab and go.. never had problems or issues and was quick.. and the plus and perks side with the app it rallies up ur points for rewards and some of the reordering of ur favorites, the price drops a bit.. awesome“

“I have always had quick and fast service.But tonight, the employees seemed like they didn't know how to make sandwiches, or maybe it was due to the long fake fingernails under the gloves. Super clueless. Serving tuna salad with a fork and not a blue scoop. Or making a 6 in turkey sub with only 3 slices of turkey. Will not be going back.“

“Breakfast was on point this morning! Even though the line was out to the highway. We stayed moving at a steady pace. Only thing that bugged me was dude had me sit there holding my card out the window til he completed somebody else's order n finished putting his coins in the til. which was probably like 3 mins but if you can't multitask then you shldnt be a drive thru cashier js.. Also I requested a breakfast burrito for my 2 yr old & only wanted the sausage & egg in it. He told me they wrap them the night b4. So I guess it was to much to wrap up some sausage & egg lol. I work in a kitchen, anythg our customers asked I made happen. You want the customer happy so they keep coming back!“

“Went through drive-through. Got Beef and Cheddar. Noticed soon after on the road that there was no Cheddar. Went back and they gave me the right sandwich. By then it was a little cold so I had a couple bites to hold me over until I got home. The people were pleasant but I was a little frustrated. Hopefully it will be better next time through town.“
