This trip was good. Friendly service and well prepared food. BUT I have had a bad experience at this Arby's where I was yelled at in the drive thru so... It's a mixed bag.
The cashier rounded up for me a couple pennies so I would have a handful of change and upgraded my fry to a large. She was so sweet and kind. Best Arbys Experience. Need more people like her in the

All the food was cold except for the mozzarella sticks. The order was correct and the service was nice but a bit slow with the order. The brown sugar BLT was sweet and the bun overwhelmed the lettuce and tomato leaving a bacon sandwich with sweet sauce on it. The mozzarella sticks lacked flavor.
