So good. And very generous. Huge variety of flavors and mixing. A very good value. Old fashioned icecream shop. Like it should be. It's off the boardwalk but I think that's what gives it an advantage.
We drove up to Boardwalk and realized it was closed. While we were chatting with friends in the car next to us, the owner came up and told us she'd be happy to open up to serve us. She was so friendly and the Chocolate Shoppe ice cream never disappoints.

Besides the fact that they were still open in early October, the lady serving the ice cream was super friendly. Chocolate Shoppe ice cream is always good, so no issues there. The ice cream parlor is set back from the road a little bit. Don't be discouraged when you don't see it right away.
