“It’s an old tavern on the main square of the town. They have a variety of sandwiches to choose from. I had a the special Italian deli salad sandwich and my daughter had a BLT. We both had a cup of beer cheese soup. The chili is really good and we usually get that. There’s seating in front of the restaurant outside as well as a large dining room inside. We were there at noon but there was not wait for a table. If you go bring your quarters and dollar bills as it’s famous for having people stick dollar bills into the ceiling using a quarter. They pick the dollar bills out of the ceiling and give them to a charity once a year.“

“Riding out to Dodgeville, we stopped at Tug's. We absolutely will return! Love the atmosphere. We only got a drink each during our stop, but the drinks were delicious.
