“Tonight during their rush, I placed an order for a few sandwiches. 2 of em got messed up (no biggie, food service workers are human), so I brought em in to fix them. The manager on duty gave me the 2 sandwiches on the house, and gave me a free sandwich voucher for the mistake. For real one of the best experiences I’ve had to date. If you’re the manager and you’re reading this: thank you. I work for a rival of yours, and I appreciate the care, regardless on what was on my hat.“
“The management here makes the employees empty the trash receptacle in the bathrooms with their hands. I mean, there are no trash bags, they literally have to pull the trash out with their hands. Wait until a junkie shoots up in your bathroom and dumps his needle under some of the trash, like in the bigger cities. I cannot for the life of me think that the management here would allow such a thing.“

I’ve had pho at so many others, and this is the only restaurant I leave feeling full and healthy at the same time. The atmosphere was so peaceful and the restaurant beautifully designed and clean. 100% recommend“

“We did an online order that my wife picked up on her way home. They mixed up our breads to sandwiches. Wife got home 15 minutes from store. I called about the mix up and Michael got us refunded and apologized. Like he had a thought their was a mix up. It would have been a huge issue but me and my wife have food allergies thar cross each other. I couldn't eat the really big mistake because I don't eat mayo or ranch and my wife cannot eat oregano. Very stratified with the fixing.“

“This subway is great! Customer service is awesome, Especially when Bonnie is there! She always makes you smile on the worst days! (Even when you have them make 3 wraps in a row, which i hated doing when I worked there!) I just wish they had a tip jar, as I like to reward great customer service!“
