“I wanted to express my gratitude for the help that I received today by the store manager at Jimmy John's on Washington in Racine. I placed an order with them to redeem my free brownie along with 2 breads, and when I got my order the brownie was missing. I called them up with what happened, and the manager kindly offered to have it delivered. Not only did she give me my brownie, but she added another one to my bag. The customer service is exceptional, and I wanted to thank them for taking care of their customers!“

“Excellent service ! Staff is nice and welcoming every time i visit this location. Fresh Food and fully stocked. They even helped me with online ordering through mobile app! I would say one the cleanest subway in Town ! Will be coming back for sure! Thank you !“

“Always have fantastic service here. The food is always good. I had the Jerk sandwich this visit. The freestyle machine is major for me as a T1D. Lots of sugar free options. Wish the loc part worked. My wife and I really like the ability to walk in either side of the establishment. Try the hot sauces. Try all of the hot sauces.“
