“Service is never fantastic but not terrible. The food is great though. Prior to moving near the restaurant, I only had Firehouse a few times mainly because other locations did terrible and got sick another time from the food.

I’ve eaten at this location several times in the last 3 months and it’s always delicious. Favorite is the beef brisket; can’t go wrong!

Will definitely continue coming here!“

I placed an order with them to redeem my free brownie along with 2 breads, and when I got my order the brownie was missing. I called them up with what happened, and the manager kindly offered to have it delivered. Not only did she give me my brownie, but she added another one to my bag. The manager was quick to help us out, explain it thoroughly for us, and refund the difference.
