“At 1st I wasn't sure if this was a bar or not I thought it was just apartments with a cool old tavern sign in back. It is a bar and it's worth checking out really nice and clean good staff and nice customers as well. Good prices nice environment right on the highway.“
“One of the best Italian beef sandwiches I've ever had! Located right off Phantom lake, this seems to be a nice little local bar that's serving up some good food. Stopped in for some drinks and ended up ordering dinner just based on some of the plates I saw coming out of the kitchen. I had the Italian beef with cheese and mushrooms. Usually I'll order this without the au jus just because it can be sort of salty, but their is delicious and not overwhelmingly riddled with sodium. Bar area is pretty typical, it's nice that they have a parking lot and boat slips outside. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone from the bartender to the cook, who came out of the kitchen and chatted with me for a bit. Can't wait to go back!“

“It was exactly what I was looking for after a night of #Tool in Milwaukee! The breakfast skillets were cooked perfectly and the ingredients were extremely fresh and great quality. Our waitress was terrific. I wish I could tell her by name but she was maybe a 40s blonde female that was super quick and not fake friendly but like Mom friendly. If you want Cafe food and atmosphere, this is the place.“
“Typical corner bar. Needs some improvements, but it's a nice big place with lots of seating and an outdoor patio. Pool table and darts and games as well. The pizza was very good. The bartender was a bit of a dud and couldn't be bothered to stand up sometimes, but service was fine.“

“Very unique place to go to. It is owned by military vets that are retired. So the inside is set up military still. With many things to see from past wars. “Great place. We where in town and got something to eat but seen they had a sign showing lemonade shack ups. Went inside and met the owner, I had a vodka lemonade, my wife a regular, and my son had a virgin daiquiri. Very friendly staff and the owner was outstanding. Talked to her for about 15 minutes. Very reasonable prices and atmosphere was nice inside. I would recommend checking them out.“
“The food arrived not as warm as I would have liked, BUT, there was only one server. My party arrived shortly after the restaurant opened and quickly became very busy. The server did a great jun but was overwhelmed until help arrived! The food however was very good albeit the temperature was not. The hostess was most gracious in apologizing and I will return in the future.“

I went out looking for a bar to hang out in on a Sunday night and they were the only ones open within probably a hundred miles because it was late around close to midnight! “Our food was great, our waitress was awesome. She was friendly and heard it was my sister's bday, and brought her a brownie with whip cream. That was really nice. The only negative was when we walked in, we all noticed a gas smell. So maybe that needs to be addressed. Other than that we enjoyed our lunch very much.“
“Good ol' Sammy's!! Open at 9 AM. It's the kind of place I start my goin' places and doin' things on the Harley. It's a friendly establishment each time we have been there. Bartenders are very cordial and attentive. The thing that trips my trigger is they have Twisted fricken Tea on tap!!! It is so refreshing, with a lemon, on a hot day. If your not a fan of it in a can or bottle, this is the ticket!! Stop in and have a few. I recommend.“

“Before visiting, I reached out through email with some dietary questions. Reenie was very quick to respond and went above and beyond to prepare a meal that perfectly met my needs. Then she even came to check on me during our dinner! “Only food is snacks and frozen bar style pizza but as they claim in their slogan, it's a "first class dive bar". Fun time and clean place.Parking: Only 1 disabled parking spot and there seam to be several regular disabled customers. I've also had delivery trucks and non-disabled vehicles parked in that 1 spot several times. That being said, it was the only down side to the place.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp is slightly unstable but usable.“
“Outstanding fish fry! I had the perch, 2 large filets, 2 potato pancakes, homemade slaw (nice and crunchy), and homemade tartar sauce. Breading was just right. My friend had the cod and was equally pleased. Ate at the bar with several other diners. Bartenders are friendly and mix a proper old fashioned (tall boy) from scratch, no pre-mix! For sure we'll be back!“
