“Car night is great! Only runs certain months on Tuesdays during the summer but a lot of cars. Their wings are delicious and I get them the B-Lazy way (grilled then sauced). The hillbilly bingo caller is great and the bingo prizes with money is worth playing. “The Friday fish fry was delicious. Some of our group had cod, I had the bluegill. All the food came out hot and crispy, plus the potato pancakes were good too. I'll be back to try the Italian beef special on Thursday. We did have to wait at the bar for a table but it was well worth the wait.“
“Very unique place to go to. It is owned by military vets that are retired. So the inside is set up military still. With many things to see from past wars. “The food arrived not as warm as I would have liked, BUT, there was only one server. My party arrived shortly after the restaurant opened and quickly became very busy. The server did a great jun but was overwhelmed until help arrived! The food however was very good albeit the temperature was not. The hostess was most gracious in apologizing and I will return in the future.“
“My husband was told about this place from his boss. We decided to give it a try. We are so glad we did. The food was amazing. Went on a Friday and it was packed but got a table right away. The only negative thing I have is, the clam chowder soup could use smaller potatoes and more clams. Other than that the soup is a 5 out of 5 for flavor. The shrimp dinner I got had HUGE breaded shrimp. My husband got the breaded cod, very good. And let's talk about the coleslaw. I haven't had a decent slaw in yrs and this is sooooo good, if you like it creamy. We highly recommend this place. And we will definitely go back.....“
“This place has a lot of what I like to say a small town appeal. I went out looking for a bar to hang out in on a Sunday night and they were the only ones open within probably a hundred miles because it was late around close to midnight! The bartender was very fun and she kept the bar open later just for me kudos to her“
“Have passed this place probably 50 times, decided to stop in out on a ride. For a very local place the people were all very friendly the bartender was great ,drinks were really good would definitely recommend it. Support your local establishments even if it's just for a drink.“
“We had potato leak soup- the best I have had. I had the half chicken special- super moist, covered in country gravy (choice of having it on the side) & mashed potatoes (needed salt) but real potatoes and good when salt added. Service was impeccable, we were there for lunch. Wheelchair/walker accessible back door. (would be a long walk). Outdoor space looks amazing- I plan to go back when the weather improves. Service was freaky fast. Bourbon choices galore & bourbon old fashioneds on tap. (I will be trying those next visit too!). Bonus -gambling machines too.“

“We had the Friday fish fry options. Lake perch was 2 generous pieces and the combination platter of cod, walleye, perch was also generous portions. All cooked perfect with a good batter (not thick). Seafood bisque was tasty. We would come back.“
“First time here and had a pizza. I love pizza and this pizza is legit. Amazing sausage, decent pepperoni, and nice thin and crispy crust. Don't let the fact that the restaurant is connected to a bowling alley fool you. This pizza can stand on it's own. Great service too.“
“Love these old places. Established in 1959. Stopped for a drink (Monday at 3pm) Bar was very busy with an older crowd. Everyone was super friendly, guests and the bartender. Fast service and super reasonable drink prices. $3 Tito's. Still has the old school cash register.Parking: Parking up front was almost full. Plenty of spots I'm back.“
“Our food was great, our waitress was awesome. She was friendly and heard it was my sister's bday, and brought her a brownie with whip cream. That was really nice. The only negative was when we walked in, we all noticed a gas smell. So maybe that needs to be addressed. Other than that we enjoyed our lunch very much.“
“I have driven past this place for a couple years now and I have never seen an open sign light up but today it was shining bright so I stopped for an adult beverage. Brian was bartending on my visit and it was all regulars but they didn't make me feel like an outsider. I ordered my Gin Rickey and no one in the bar had ever heard of it, no drink for Brian today but any bartender who can make one gets a drink on me. The place is your typical WI dive bar with a theme of bobble heads because the owner collects them. The staff was very friendly and the Gin Rickey was very refreshing. The place has a small bar with one giant flat screen and smaller flat screens around the room.“

Patrick was an absolute riot and ESPN Gary is a solid shot in pool! Everyone talks to everyone felt like a small town up north bar! And POPCORN literally on every table!!! Can't wait to go back!“
