“was struggling to place an order online, gave them a call to see if ordering over the phone works, worker took my order!:) got to restaurant, the sweetest lady ever, food was super hot even when i got home! tasted delicious, didn’t catch her name,, wished that i did because she was so so sweet!!“

“I was at this location around 9PM 8/22/25. There was an issue with one of the items that I had ordered. I spoke to the manager, a lovely young lady with glasses and blonde hair (didn’t catch your name. She didn’t have a name tag on). She identified herself as the manager and I explained to her the situation and she did the unexpected and that was to make it right and then some. I would just like to let either the owner or upper management know that this young woman truly represented the Culver’s business culture and she should be commended for her leadership at the store. I’d like to thank her again because she provided some of the best customer service I received at any type of establishment in a very long time.“

“Great food and friendly service! They generously provided a free Red, White and Blue pancake combo for veterans today. It was excellent! It included eggs, sausage or bacon, hash browns and pancakes with whipped cream, blueberries and strawberries. Thank you, IHOP, for honoring our veterans.“
