“was struggling to place an order online, gave them a call to see if ordering over the phone works, worker took my order!:) got to restaurant, the sweetest lady ever, food was super hot even when i got home! tasted delicious, didn’t catch her name,, wished that i did because she was so so sweet!!“

“I was at this location around 9PM 8/22/25. There was an issue with one of the items that I had ordered. I spoke to the manager, a lovely young lady with glasses and blonde hair (didn’t catch your name. She didn’t have a name tag on). She identified herself as the manager and I explained to her the situation and she did the unexpected and that was to make it right and then some. I would just like to let either the owner or upper management know that this young woman truly represented the Culver’s business culture and she should be commended for her leadership at the store. I’d like to thank her again because she provided some of the best customer service I received at any type of establishment in a very long time.“

“I’ve been to many IHOPs, this one is probably the best in Wisconsin. Tammy, our server, was incredible. Very kind, took amazing care and chatted/checked on us the perfect amount. Food was great, everything looked like the pictures, and tasted great. We are definitely going to be regulars. 10/10, ask for Tammy.“
