“First time. I had the Italian Combo. We had a short wait since we were a party of 6. The hostess was friendly, the bartender was friendly and so was our waitress. Everything on my platter was homemade. Definitely a 5 out of 5. I will be back!!!“

“Always get one of the burgers on the menu when passing thru. Haven't left they're yet and not been full after enjoying it. Costs are comparable places. Service has always been good.

“Three friends and I were visiting from southern Wisconsin... and we wanted to go bowling. We were staying in Iron Mountain. We originally had gone to the bowling alley there, however while waiting at the bar for a lane, the man running it was so offputting and rude we didn't want to stay. We asked him about Uptown and he said they were his #1 competition. So we said thanks, cancel our lane, we're heading over there.So glad we did.It's definitely a little run down, you may or may not get shoes that fit, or even a ball that fits, but the atmosphere and the employees were amazing. Food was good... although they do refer to beer dip as beer cheese ? Not good on the soft pretzels, but awesome on the burger!I'd definitely go back.“

“As the owner of Engman's Haven House I like to support local businesses. We come here a lot, usually after the strip club, but hey, that's what it is. Good food, good service, food is tasty and good atmosphere. I meet a lot of nice people here, sometimes the guys are pretty friendly. Been able to hang with a lot of them and sometimes we hang back at their place. But meeting up here is always good. Also great place to come to after the strip club, we do that ALL the time.“

“We visited a few restaurants during our stay in IM and I have to say that Solberg's Greenleaf is one of the best. The restaurant is also very well attended on weekdays, but they are impressively well organized. The food is alright, the portions are huge.“

“When we got there, they were out of a lot of stuff, but our server was an absolute sweetheart. Very polite, helpful in explaining the food, and even offered us a pasty to try. Fish fry was really good. The breading was flavourful, cripsy, and browned to perfection. I got the cod, and my significant other got Walley. They serve the fish with hush puppies, honey butter, coleslaw, and a mountain of fresh cut fries. My only complaint was that the fountain soda was really flat, and that's minor. The food, prices, and customer service were worth it. We will definitely be back.“
