My friend and I ordered Culver's through Door Dash. I ordered the fish sandwich. Immediately after my friend sent in the order I called to make sure NO tarter sauce due to an egg ALLERGY in the mayonnaise. The gentleman that took my call said he'd make sure there wouldn't be any tarter sauce on my sandwich. I gave him the name on the Door Dash order so he would know which customer.

The order comes and there is tarter sauce on the sandwich. Money...

First off, the food is excellent nearly all the time. Mistakes are made on occasion, but it's not to the extent that I am dissuaded from coming back for more. This place gets really busy during any mealtime. That should be no surprise to anyone. Reviews complaining that the line is long during lunch/dinner should be ignored because those complaints are absurd. They do a very good job considering how busy it gets.
