Cousins Subs is known for its friendly service and delicious sandwiches, a favorite spot for many when in Wisconsin. Despite occasional issues with incorrect orders and subpar ingredients like old lettuce, when open, the service is great. Some locations may suffer from being understaffed, leading to closures. Overall, previous positive experiences at other locations have left a good impression, making it a go-to spot for a satisfying meal, especially at the Madison East Wash location.
