He used words that you don't hear much of now a days like like hello, thank you for calling in, how can I help you, is there anything else you may want, repeating the order back to me with no mistakes, and here's the big one saying THANK YOU! And just like he said 15 minutes your order will be ready and it was. When I went to pick up he greeted me with a handshake and let me know how much he appreciated our business. Pano you are an exceptional representative for the restaurant polite, smart, unbelievable social skills and respectfulness, not to mention a great looking young man.
