“We went to El Camino to celebrate the Birthday of my son's fiancé. We had a great time. The food was delicious and seeing there were 12 of us we had a good variety of menu items. Everyone loved it. our waitress Emma was a pure delight. It was pretty busy when we got there and she never missed a beat. Very friendly, attentive, and prompt. Great food,service, and atmosphere. we highly recommend.“

“Really enjoyed our visit to MBC. Our bartender, Christian, was spot on. She answered my many questions quickly and correctly. A small mix-up in my order was remedied immediately. Good draft selection. (32 0z. option, mmm). Cheese curd sampler outstanding. The two of us almost couldn't eat more. Glad we did, though. Double patty smash burger, yummy. Three bacon choices, yummy. (Think large Steak and Shake, but GOOD). Fresh cut fries, battered fries, and tons of menu choices. Will be back.“

“Good food, large portions. I had the New Orleans Pasta, it had 5 shrimp, must have been a full chicken breast, and some really good sausage. It was not as spicy as I would have liked, but still good. My son had the Country Fried Chicken, with mashed potatoes and country gravy, and a broccoli cheddar rice dish. It was huge, and for $2 more you can get double chicken. A great value for your money. Oh yeah, they start you with a honey glazed croissant, gratis!“

“Place is an oxymoron. We had the most incredible filets- cut like butter. One medium and the other medium rare, just as we ordered. Then the desert came. Tacky costco brand individual terimisu. I wouldn’t recommend any of their desserts, ever. I’ve tried them all over the years. Aside from desserts, every plate is wonderful. Fall menu came out last week- my dog and I are really missing the smoked pork chop. Pet friendly patio with cover from the elements.“

He was running around with several large tables, they need to hire more servers. I was a little disappointed that when I had made the reservations for my wife's birthday, I said that it was her birthday in the special requests but they never acknowledged any part of it. I wasn't looking for handouts or anything just wished they would've said something, when you make that request at places like capitol grill there usually is a flower and a card. Just something would've made it more enjoyable.“

“We had a great meal at the Red Oak. Expansive wine list with many good choices, along with specialty cocktails. Excellent entrees, with many choices that would work for vegetarians, gluten-sensitive and those needing kosher food. Desserts will beautifully presented and clearly made in house. The breadsticks on the table were especially good! The restaurant has a homey atmosphere with high ceilings and a fireplace. Artwork from local artists decorates the walls and is available to purchase. There is a lengthy explanation on the menu about their tipping process (20% added automatically, with tips pooled and divided equally amongst servers). The menu also lists their farm partners, which was much appreciated. Our waitress was new and a bit challenged, but she did her best. Only major issue was an error on our bill (forgot to charge for both desserts) which sent her back to us after the bill had been paid to collect additional money. We had a nice chat with the general manager as we left. She was very personable and shared more about the restaurant and their philosophy. We will definitely return if we have the opportunity, since we do not live in the area.“

I must be honest I have been to several restaurants before this one and I feel relieved to of found somewhere the chefs take pride in what they cook. “We just went here for lunch while up in Kenosha for the day and everything was OUTSTANDING. We loved the environment. Everyone was so friendly. They have a patio where you can bring your dog. I had the cheeseburger quesadilla appetizer and it was so good. I'm not usually a chipotle person but it was just the right amount of heat. My fiancé and I shared the loaded fries and they were also good. But the star of the show was the corned beef tacos. They were so fresh and delicious. The corned beef is so tender and flavorful. I took a chocolate cake slice to go and can't wait to try that when I'm not so stuffed. We will definitely be back! My fiancé said he wishes he could go back for dinner tonight!“

“It's been awhile since I was completely blown away by a restaurant. Kathy was our server and was delightful for our entire meal. The restaurant has a wonderful old world feel that puts your body into a total relaxed feeling, the smells, the views of the lake... It's special.

We started with the crab cake and Mexican perogi which were both fantastic and unique compared to basic appetizers at most restaurants.

Then Kathy walked out our dinners, the polish platter is a must, it captures what this restaurant does best, Polish cuisine at its best. My girlfriend ordered the special broccoli and crab stuffed salmon. This thing was huge! Easily the largest salmon filet we've seen.

If you are looking for a good date spot or somewhere to wow your family and friends you have found the place!“

Cheese fries were hot, crispy, and well seasoned. Smash Burger was juicy and prepared correctly. Chicago Dog on point, and the Italian Beef’s beef to bread ratio was perfect. Get it with cheese and giardiniera.“

“Stopped here on a Saturday night on our way through to Illinois. It was very busy. They had St Patrick’s Day specials as well as their normal menu and regular Saturday specials. Everyone was nice and things appeared to run smoothly in a crazy busy atmosphere. Food came out promptly and was very good! If we ever find our way down here again I’d stop back and recommend to others as well. I don’t usually do reviews but was impressed enough that I felt I should. Thanks again!“

“UPT is our go-to Friday night fish fry spot. We have tried all the menu items over the years since Angie became the owner, and you can't go wrong with any choice. Fish is dipped in a lighter batter that doesn't overwhelm the flaky meat. I believe you can also order a baked cod entree. Shrimp are huge and are breaded. The extra large walleye filet with onion rings is my fave. It is voted #1 fish fry in Kenosha county for good reason!“
