“Like many fast food places, this location has faced labor shortages BUT even with only 2 staff members, they were quick (as far as Arby's goes, they are known for quality over speed to begin with), accurate, and courteous. They are also raising money for Ozaukee Family Promise which is a tremendous fundraiser“

“I live around the corner from this location & placed my order in the drive thru. After getting in line for pick & pay, I totally remembered I forgot my wallet. Brandon was working the drive thru & his manger Brian gave me my food & trusted me to come back to pay. That doesn't happen much in this world today. Very grateful (& embarrassed). Was back there in less than 5 minutes & they were grateful I came back & I was very thankful for their understanding. Thanks guys“

My go-to is the Hook & Ladder, but honestly, everything I've tried has been amazing. Definitely one of my favorite sub spots. Highly recommend!“

The timing was perfect—my food was ready right along with the order I needed to deliver. I had just finished my first shift job and hadn’t eaten all day, so I was starving. Huge thanks to the employee who got my dinner out quickly—I really appreciate not having to drive around all night smelling food on an empty stomach!
