If you show up when they open at 4pm (coming early means standing out in the cold), be prepared to be just another face in a large crowd. After observing guests enthusiastically enter, service staff with dreary "they're heeere!" frowns are obviously rushed to serve the masses and have little time to engage with the customers. All that said, our server was very personable and performed her job hurriedly with a smile. The hostesses deserve a special recognition for managing the wave of humanity after the doors open.“
“This restaurant is amazing! Italian is exactly what it is. First true Italian I've been to in a very long time. Others claim it but don't qualify. I ordered the Parmigiana Di Polla. It was excellent! Prepared perfectly. My partner ordered D' Mare Alforno. It was also excellent! Prepared perfectly. The restaurant was clean and beautifully appointed. Large menu with great prices and daily specials. Our waiter was excellent. Checked on us several times and answered our questions accurately. Another waitress there was also very friendly. The owner/manager checked on us as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant.“
“Food was great and warm can’t complain about that however staff is sometimes a little short. They also only accept cash which wasn’t stated when I placed my order and I had to use their ATM and pay a fee. Didn’t know they only accepted cash and they almost made me feel like I was stupid for not knowing they only accepted cash. Even though it was never stated on their menu or over the phone.Parking: Small parking lot hard to access building when busy“
“I’ve been coming here for years now and have never had a bad experience. The food is always amazing as well as the service. Many times it’s just one woman working (maybe the owner) and she does such an amazing job keeping up with all the tables and making sure your cup never goes empty. It’s a very clean establishment, even the bathroom. I’ve also done takeout here and they’re great for that as well! I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who’s looking for a new place to try:)“
