“we chose Blackbird Bakery for our daughter's wedding because they were very quick to respond to emails, the cake was moist and delicious, and the price was very reasonable. They also had gluten-free options for our guests with allergies.The tiered cake was just breathtaking, our guests commented on how beautiful it was. The vanilla sheetcake with strawberry buttercream was also a big hit. I would absolutely recommend this bakery, and hope to use them again in the future.”

Glad we decided to revisit after a long absence. one caution: CASH ONLY. That was a surprise when we went to pay as there was no mention of it anywhere ..not on the menu, not by the cashier. Lucky I had enough cash to cover the bill as often it’s credit card only for this patron.”

“We LOVED this place while visiting Lake Geneva! Our kids loved it too and begged to go a second time before we left, so we did! Pizza is fantastic. Our kids also loved the Jumbo pretzel. The buffalo chicken salad and the seared tuna salad were the best salads we’ve ever had! Service was excellent both times. On top of your server, there is also someone who is consistently walking around checking tables if they would like refills which we thought was great! Next Door Pub was by far our favorite restaurant in Lake Geneva!”

“We were here this weekend & ordered our usual breakfast sandwiches & I had Chai Tea. Today, I ordered the most delicious Mushroom Brie soup (I know, who wants soup in the summer, but so good!!) I also ordered the Turkey Club & could only eat 1/2 of a 1/2. It was the best Club sandwich & on sourdough bread!! PS my birthday was Saturday & my grandkids got me the wonderful homemade Blueberry pie, the only thing I ask for every year!!! Thank you to Bodi’s for being the best place around!!!💕🥧🍰🍩🥪”

“I want to begin by saying that we love this place. BUT, the service and food were just horrible. My husband's wings were good but my nachos were terrible. The lack of beef was covered up with lettuce and triple helping of sour cream. I left hungry. We usually stay for more than 1 drink, but I had to get out of there due to a very miserable child screaming for its mother to pay attention to her. Just an overall unpleasant experience.”

“Adrian was our server, she is wonderful and saw to it we were well taken care of during our meal. Everyone raved about their steaks, twin lobster tails, and surf and turf! The lasagna portion was generous and delicious. Salads were crisp and not overdone on dressings. The old fashioneds were perfectly balanced. As someone who is not a big beer drinker, I appreciate the self-serve, pay-by-the-ounce setup that allows you to taste only as much as you want without being wasteful. I ate the turkey panini and it was so good our group kept talking about it several days later. I live out-of-state but will definitely return whenever I visit the Lake Geneva area again!”
