“After ordering my pizza , the online ordering message told me it would arrive to my door in 30 minutes. After 50 minutes and no pizza I called the store to see where my pizzas were and they told me there was a delay and it would be would be a little bit before my pizza would be delivered. I told them I would pick it up Instead because I had people waiting and I didn't want anymore delays. I told them I wanted new pizzas because I felt my order was sitting too long. They recooked my order and the manager gave me a discount for the trouble. Things happen for whatever reason and although I did not have the best experience, the manager made things right.I would definitely come back again simply because the manager took action and made things right.“
“This Pizza Hut is always very consistent. We order for pickup/delivery or dine in at least once a month. I would like an easier way to earn Rewards points when we dine in, but that's up to corporate to work on. This location always serves up great pizza, wings, and sides.“
