“The manager changed the Great staff, and replaced them with rude, dirty employees. Whe I asked a question about substituting a wing, for an thigh, I was told I couldn't, which was odd, as I had be able to do it for the past 4 years. I asked to speak with the female manager, and I could hear her in the back, but she literally wouldn't speak with me. Then, my daughter noticed the employee on the register had not just dirty hands, but filthy. The old employees were always clean and pleasant, but this new staff was rude and dirty. Funny, it was the same manager. Breaks my heart...I used to love going there, as the old employees always made you feel welcomed.“
