“I stopped by the Popeyes on Durand in Racine, and what a pleasant surprise! I'm still getting familiar with Wisconsin, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but this location definitely stood out. The drive-thru service was friendly, fast, and welcoming from the moment I pulled up. Popeyes chicken is always a favorite of mine, but this visit had a few extras that made it memorable.

One thing I immediately noticed was that the hot sauce and Cajun seasoning were free. At another location I've visited, those extras came with a charge, so I was genuinely excited when they handed them over without any hassle. Then I spotted the new Cheese Bites on the menu and started asking questions about them. That's when the driver behind me chimed in and enthusiastically shouted that they were great and that I needed to try them! I couldn't stop laughing. It felt like a little community recommendation right in the drive-thru line. Of course I ordered them, and I'm glad I did. Between the great customer service, the friendly atmosphere, and the unexpected interaction with another customer, this visit was a lot of fun. Definitely one of the most enjoyable drive-thru experiences I've had in a while!“
