It's located right across from the Jefferson Park Terminal.

“The ladybug the window was rude and wouldnt listen or answer question. Got my order all wrong. When I went inside to have it correct it was a co.pletely different Atmosphere polite welcoming group of employees and fixe my order with apologies and offer free dessert. They deemed the experience because inwas livid with the lady working the drive up!“

“I really like the Hispanic manager. She's very polite and helpful when talking to her. She's helped me with something that happened in the app and was satisfied with my order. Will continue coming back. The only downside is the location of the store. It's in front of the brown line and unfortunately they have a lot of homeless and mentally unstable people that wander around and can become hostile towards customers if they don't buy them food. So just be cautious“

“"Popeye's is the shiznit" I absolutely love this place. The staff are nice and helpful. But if you get rude or crazy, they will show you the door real quick. My ONLY issue with this location is that, they would not accept my gift card that I received for Christmas. So now I have a $40 card going to waste. Other than that one issue, I recommend this place ?.Oh, I almost forgot, also be prepared to get shaken down by the many homeless people that hang out in and around this store. Other than those TWO issues. I enjoy going here.“

“My mom and I visited this Popeyes to grab something to eat. We were in the neighborhood for a CPR Class. We got the Darin Dab Ghost wings. I think that is what they are called. Anyway, when I tell you them wings were good, they were good. First the customer service was great. And the wings were hot and fresh, nicely seasoned and crunchy!!!!! Will definitely stop in again when in the neighborhood. Just wanted to make sure you all knew that. Great customer service and food! We visited on a Saturday.“

“Food was hot. Not impressed by their tenders. Whether the regular or the spicy tenders for each the breading is bland. You have to rely on a sauce for flavor.

Location is hampered by large amount of people asking for money/food inside and outside of the establishment. Not ideal for peaceful dine-in experience.

“I catered $200+ of chicken and family meals and it was for my birthday party. I was running around and forgot to call the restaurant and tell them to hold my chicken. The manager called me and told me if I was still coming. I apologized and when I finally got there three hours later she happily remade it so everything was fresh! Amazing! Love you Popeyes ♥“

“I particularly like how the neighbors at the fitness building next door plow the snow for the sidewalk so it's easy to get in and out in any weather. Popeyes crew was even seen helping a car in the snow near by. Try the pickled jalapeños 10/10“

“An older gentleman took our order. I think his name is Ray. He was very kind. He took my order correctly and everything was made to the T! There was a slightly difficult customer and I watched as Ray served him firmly and even respectfully. The whole team was focused and returned my smiles upon eye contact . I came to this Popeyes location around 4:30 yesterday evening, everything was fresh and pipping hot. The customer service was excellent and the staff were friendly. The inside was clean and quiet. I clipped a coupon deal from the Popeyes app on my phone they honored in store. Overall great experience and I will return to this location even though there are 2 other Popeyes closer to my home.“

“Make sure to order through the app to avoid issues of no credit card and no change also don’t be surprised if they don’t have any sides or spicy chicken other than not being able to use a credit card or pay cash or get spicy food or get any sides. “the correlation between a Popeyes w poor ratings being the best ones to go to needs to be studied because I came while a trailer load of door dashers were waiting for their orders and after the rush was managed they helped us right away. They were all friendly. We walked our food back home and it was still hot and fresh. Biscuits were good, Chicken was on point. To be fair I've always made it a point to go inside so I can very I'll get my order taken as a precaution with Popeyes but whoever was working the evening of 9/11 did a great job despite how busy it was. It was 2 women's and 2 dudes. I the lobby could use some investing in for some chairs but overall I'm happy living next door.“
