Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Milwaukee

I live in Milwaukee and have visited this Popeyes location many times. To be completely honest, my experiences with the customer service here in the past have not always been the best. But tonight, I want to take a moment to recognize someone who truly deserves to be recognized.

I visited around 10:30 PM tonight, and I was helped by a young African American man who provided OUTSTANDING customer service!

From the moment he took my order at the speaker to the moment I pulled up to the window, his attitude, respect, kindness, and professionalism really stood out to me. He treated me like a valued customer, and you could tell that he genuinely cared about doing his job the right way.

This was actually the second time he had helped me, and I remembered him because of how well he treated me the first time. I made sure to tell him personally, “I want you to know that you are doing a great job.” I wanted him to know that his hard work and customer service did not go unnoticed.

I then asked to speak with his manager. When the manager came over, I think he may have thought I was going to make a complaint. But I wanted to do the COMPLETE OPPOSITE.

I wanted to personally tell his manager that he has a GREAT employee working for him.

People are often very quick to complain when they receive bad service, but we don’t always take the time to recognize someone when they are doing an exceptional job. I wanted to make sure this young man received that recognition.

I wish I had gotten his name, but I truly hope he sees this review. If you are reading this, young man, please know that your hard work did not go unnoticed. You made a difference in my experience, and I genuinely appreciate the way you treated me.

Your parents raised a great young man, and you should be proud of yourself. Keep doing what you’re doing. Keep working hard, keep treating people with respect, and never think that your efforts go unnoticed.

And to the management at this Popeyes: PLEASE recognize this young man. Employees like him deserve to know that their work is appreciated. I hope you take the time to tell him that his customer service made such an impression on a customer that I went home and took the time to write this review about him.

“I had an issue yesterday, ordered an hour before and they ran out of what I ordered and suggested a refund, was unable to get refund due to the AI Slop popeyes support team but I came back today and who I assume is the manager a tall black buffed guy was able to help me out, got the kitchen to make my order for me and was very professional, deserves a raise because he asked his crew questions about the order and was able to get me my food! Top tier service, he definitely should get a raise or a promotion to a leader role if he already isn't in one!“

“The worker were rude to you and the manger was rude and the place was not clean it was dirty with food on the floor,onthe counteract table it was a mess the the food was not good at all it was cold and taste bad and soda was bad to there did not care at all with the place or the customer the worker were fighting with the manger I wish I got my money back for what I paid for at this place“
