Best pup cones and some of the sweetest staff tonight at the Merrill Ave location!
I wanted to give the guy who was working tonight 12/17 at the Merrill ave location a HUGE props, there was a huge line and it looked like he was the only one there working. He seemed very calm & was taking the time to make the orders right. Thank you for all you do !
One employee working. There were lots of people in line waiting to order and get their ice cream. I asked for a root beer float and got plain root beer. There were way too many people in line to wait and ask them to fix their mistake or cut in line...especially considering there was one employee. Employee wasn't friendly either. My first and likely last visit. I was hoping for a better experience.
