“Northern Grounds is a fantastic drive through coffee shop with lots of different flavor combinations for coffee-based drinks and Lotus energy drinks. They regularly have employees walking out to your cars when the line is long, to ensure the ordering process is sped up - that way when you get to the window your drinks are ready to go. The staff are always friendly and cheerful, the drinks always taste good, and we haven’t had a wrong order yet (and we have been several times with very large orders).“

“went there today for the first time. the coffee i got was one of the best I've had and I've been everywhere in this country. they even made a little leaf design which was a nice little surprise. i got the chef burger, or whatever it was called, and as soon as i bit into it i didn't feel like i was in the northwoods. the burger had unique flavors but they complimented each other perfectly! this place has to be one of the best hidden gems this area has to offer. i will definitely be going there on a more regular basis. 10/10“

“So, I’m a little late to getting around to writing this (my apologies), but I came down to Rhinelander with my two children for an appointment. We went through this Starbuck’s drive-through, and being that we do not have a Starbucks franchise near where we reside, it was taking us longer than usual to review the menu options, we had a couple of questions, and overall, there was a lot of indecisiveness amongst the kids and I. Well, the Starbucks employee that was working and speaking to us over the intercom, was not only SO HELPFUL, SO patient, SO friendly, but this guy went the LENGTHS to ensure that it was a stress-free and bright experience for us all. This young man’s name was Joshua. (I hope he sees this and it brings a smile to his face, because YOU DESERVE IT JOSHUA! :) ) This guy needs a raise!!!“

“I’ve been in the area for 5 months training.. came here almost every single day. Not only is the staff friendly & inviting.. they are professional, polite, fast. Never got my order wrong. Always told me to have a good day & even started making convo with me because I came so often🤣 best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been too. I travel a ton & no dunkin knows how to make my coffee the way Rhinelander does. Dunkin should be proud of the staff they have at this location. I wish I got all the names of the employees I met while in town but I only saved a few receipts. Saman, Danielle & Faith.. keep being awesome people❤️“
