“My daughter and I went through the drive-thru on August 20th. We were looking for a sandwich that was no longer on the menu and this very kind worker helped us figure out what was on it and managed to order us just what we needed. We also asked for sweet tea so she offered to add a sugar packet to the unsweetened tea. I just could not believe the exceptional customer service. She made us feel important and like we mattered. That just made our day. Panera is so lucky to have such an amazingly dedicated employee. I asked for her name because she was just wonderful.
