“Hands down the best Chinese I have had in Wisconsin. Maybe the best I have had outside of NYC. The Moo Shu Pork is beyond amazing. I literally order between $100-$180 worth of carryout everytime I order from them... Just so I can eat it for a week straight. Flavors are on point. The meat is always tender. The vegetables always have the right balance of crunch/tenderness. The sauces are not overly sweet, which is not the case with most Chinese spots. Their "special menu" always hits the spot.
And the staff?... Incredibly friendly and accommodating. The kitchen staff is constantly checking the buffet to ensure it is fresh. I mainly order carryout, but the few times I had the buffet, I was more than happy with my meal.
Seriously, eat at Number 1 Kitchen. You won't be sorry.“
