“Took a trip out to the guts of Middleton Wisconsin. Let me tell ya, this was an unexpected beauty of travels. The order included sesame chicken (off the bone), fried rice, and firecracker noodles. It took me to places I’ve never been. Walking in, I had my chin tucked, the food was so good I almost went chin over shin. Keep the chin tucked at chins, epically if you’re on the fence. 93.1 and the people’s sent me🫡🫡“

“The best scallion pancake I have ever had. It was perfect. There are not a lot of vegetarian options but enough. Wish there was a vegetarian option for the Dan Dan noodles. Signature cocktails come in fun glassware. Our server was incredible. She answered all our questions, advised on parking, and kept her cool despite being the only server on an unexpectedly packed Monday. The patio is adorable.“

“The place is crusty and dark, the food is greasy but plentiful, the service is fine. If you just need lots of food for a cheap cost don't mind the slop, this spot is great. I will say it does hold quite a bit of cultural significance for the student population, and is a core exp of studying here.“

We used to live in a different part of Madison, and we were sad that we had moved farther from our old favorite Chinese restaurant, so we thought, why not try Great Wall? Turns out, it surpassed our expectations. We have been ordering the shrimp and broccoli, and it is so fresh, not greasy at all, and healthy. Great Wall has now become our go-to Chinese spot, and we plan to keep coming back for a long time. We no longer think about our old favorite Chinese restaurant. :)“

“We wanted some Chinese food, did an Apple Map search from our location and found Chopsticks. We had a fantastic meal! Parking was on the street and we were lucky to get a spot close by. The service was friendly and great. We were between lunch and dinner, so it was not crowded. We had Deep-Fried Veggie rolls to start and they were a great start while I tried to decide on what to order because there were so many great choices. I did a build Your own Bento Box and my wife did the Chicken Teriyaki and both were really good. We will be back because the food was great, the service was great and it was a nice place to eat.“

“I love this place! The food is really good and the portions are huge. If you spend $15 or more on your order on their website you get free fried rice too which makes it even more worth the already pretty cheap price. The lady that normally works there seems really sweet and hardworking. I am really picky and have a lot of little requests and they are accommodated every time. My order has never been late. Sometimes they throw in an extra crabrangoon when I order them, or an extra eggroll, which is so nice of them. Lovely place.“

“Everything I order is so delicious. I recently ordered the wonton soup and the sweet and sour chicken 2nd time. It still is so delicious. The only thing I changed is I said extra hot and spicy. The general Tso’s chicken and the sweet and sour chicken and the shrimp egg rolls are magnificent. I order once a week and sometimes twice. Great every time. Hot, fresh and quick. “The dim sum menu is absolutely phenomenal. When we ordered, our server was very attentive and the food was amazing, easily the best chinese restaurant we've eaten at in Madison. The atmosphere is very calm and laid-back but not sterile; you don't feel uncomfortable holding a normal conversation, but you also aren't struggling to hear anyone over music or other loud conversations. The food itself was incredible, and even though we ordered and shared every dish as a family, there was not a single dish that even one of us disliked.

When we went, there was also a car meet which they seem to host every Thursday, which we had a lot of fun checking out after dinner. We are definitely coming back, and I can't recommend this restaurant more highly at this price point if you're looking for dim sum on the west side.“

“This is a great takeout spot for chinese food. I've been getting food from here for years and they've maintained high quality the whole time. It's not super fancy and while there is some space for dine-in, the restaurant is mostly geared towards take-out. When they say 15 minutes in your text notification, they mean it. In all these years, I've only had to wait twice and they were absolutely slammed with customers both times. Usually my order is ready and waiting when I get there.“

They offered samples non-aggressively and they were actually good.
I tried both the orange chicken and the pepper chicken and rice for only like 12 bucks.
The food was delicious.
I prefer this food court.
