“We got the crispy chicken dumplings (#1a) and the fresh pork spicy cat ear noodles (#28). The cat ear noodles were SO GOOD - I especially liked the wood ear mushrooms in it, they were absolutely delicious! This food was so delightful. I’ve heard good things about Taigu and wanted to give it a try myself, and I am very happy with the experience. The portions were large, so one entre can feed 2 people. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone! So good!!!“

“We had an excellent dinner at Taza. The servers were very attentive and we never wanted for anything because they were always one step ahead. The food was delicious. We started with falafel and for our main entree we got the platter for 2. Delicious! We had enough food leftover for another meal. Additionally the pea soup and the hummus were OUTSTANDING! We will be back!“

“Really good pizza at a fair price. We got the Salsiccia and the Lombarda. The Salsiccia was definitely the better pizza but both were very tasty in different ways. The tomato sauce shines through! Novanta is a great option when you want something different than the greasy standard pizza.“

“I love going here it's in my opinion one of the best places to get a fast and great tasting lunch or dinner. If you are thinking burrito or tacos I advise you to try it out. Barbacoa is my favorite but I haven't had anything here I wouldn't get again.“

“Not a dive bar. Feels like a family restaurant that also has a bar. Excellent vibes. Good burger, chef forgot my grilled onions, but was great. Pretty decent sized, all served with a bunch of pickles. Hidden valley ranch was served with curds.“

“Met a friend for lunch. Sat at the high top. Immediately greeted at the table with menus and water. Friend had the Chicken Cob salad. Came to the table loaded with bacon, egg, tomato, zucchini, sliced chicken and plenty of dressing. Looked great and must have been tasty because it ended up being part of the clean plate club. I had the burger medium with a slice of havarti cheese, pickles, lettuce and tomato. Burger was prepared perfectly and adorned by the perfect bun. Not too big and crusty. Greens lightly dressed with an oil and vinegar accompanied the burger. Venue is nice and open, nicely decorated and a decent size. Service was better than most places these days. Value was good. I highly recommend without any reservations. Menu looked very inviting and daily specials appealed to my eye. Will definitely return.“

“Free house made a very tasty smash burger/ hamburger for me today…it was really good! It took really really long for them to take our order and cook my burger though…like 20 minutes to order and 20 minutes to cook. It was very tasty though!“

“Long time customers of this place due to their delicious pie. But… the menu hasn’t changed in years so you need to be OK with picking a favorite and making it your usual. The restaurant was surprisingly uncrowded for midday Sunday but the service was somewhat slow anyway.“

“Delicious Mediterranean at very good prices. Lots of variety in choices, and a pleasant interior to eat in too.Vegetarian options: Excellent place to go for vegetarians, they have specific vegetarian dishes and several of the not explicitly vegetarian dishes and sides are vegetarian friendly as well.Parking: Located in Greenway Station, so it has plenty of parking shared with the other nearby businesses.“

“This restaurant understands gluten free! Just ask when you order if they can make your favorite entree without gluten. I'm very gluten sensitive and am happy to have found a Chinese restaurant that can accommodate my allergy successfully--I don't get sick and the food tastes great! My spouse is a fan too. For years we lived closer and didn't appreciate Imperial Garden as we should have, but now we have moved farther away. I've learned that it's worth the thirty minute drive. We usually opt for pick-up. The people at the front desk are friendly and efficient. My husband's menu favorite is the Governor's chicken (spicy), and I prefer their mild but delicious mushroom chicken. The beef & broccoli is hit or miss, but the egg drop soup is a nice surprise with more veggies than expected.“

“Multiple great lunches with mom. The food was really great. We tend to order too much but take some home. Excellent and attentive service. Lasagna, short rib ravioli, chicken marsala were super! I love the fresh bread with dipping oil. Tiramisu, chocolate cake all good. Thank you“

“Great food, great atmosphere. Fair prices and easy to access/find location. Only complaint I'd say was the service was not good. Our server took a long time to greet the table, get our drinks, and then once food arrived, we didn't see her unless we flagged her down. We needed silverware and napkins - so to have to go find her because she didn't stop by after the food was delivered was annoying. Also, once we were done and wanting to go, we stopped her on her way by asking her for the check. She said sure, and we still waited 11 minutes for the check. I realize she prob had a bigger table or party which was a priority, but maybe they shouldn't seat people in her section/turn in rotation? I'd still recommend though as the food is really good...and roll the dice you have a more experienced / attentive server“

“Tasty pizza with thick crust if you order the Detroit style; Very filling. This is a hole in the wall take out place; The cashier ignored me while he chatted with the other employees; I’d go back for the pizza, maybe try a thinner crust; but then that is personal taste. Service not worthy of a tip.“

“Giving it 5 stars because even tho the food isn't the best in Madison, it is pretty damn good even if it's just bar food. Service was great too, quick and always had a full drink, which is always appreciated. We went for March Madness games and were not disappointed as they have plenty of TVs to watch the games, including some in the dining room I'd you want to more family friendly environment to eat and watch the games.“

“I've been meaning to eat here for a long time and it was such an amazing meal! The seafood fettuccine was so good, as well as the salmon fettuccine. Make sure to order the cheese curds, these are legit the best curds I've had in Madison. The drinks were delicious, especially the house mule. The staff were very attentive and made sure we were always satisfied. Will be recommending this place to all my friends!Parking: Lot in the back“

“1st time customerBeing a foodie, I continue to look for Chinese food that is worthy. I selected beef egg foo young because very few places can make it well. 4 patties, with sauce in a separate container. Enough to feed 2. The quality of the patties was A- and the sauce B+ (slightly sweet), that with a small amount of soy sauce corrects. I will be trying the shrimp egg foo young before moving on to other items. I asked the cook what his signature dish was, he replied General Chow Chicken. I am looking fwd to that.“

“I basically come here for the morning buns. I feel Clasen's has the best morning buns in Dane County. Their other baked goods are fine, but I think there are better options. Pricey, but then again, every independent bakery in the area is.“

“You're always greeted with a friendly hello as you walk in. The pizzas are assembled fast, I rarely order ahead. The gourmet vegetarian is out of this world. My wife loves the chunks of artichoke hearts. I always add pepperoni to the mix.“

“Not your ordinary taco and margaritas. Margaritas are made with unique combinations that make wonderful margaritas. The complimentary chips & salsa are warm and taste homemade. We had small tacos. Each of had 3. I had the cauliflower, carnitas, and the pork belly. Each one was very flavorful. I was so full, I couldn't think of desert, but we have tried the Tres leches cake on other visits. The portion and density of the cake, make the portion big enough for two people easily. The service, even though it was extremely busy, was excellent!“

“Had lunch at Amber and enjoyed the diversity of options! Our waiter, originally from Goa, gave us some excellent recommendations to enjoy the best of Goan cuisine. Lots of dishes you don’t typically see at Indian restaurants in the U.S. Food was phenomenal – so many delicious flavors from sour to spicy to savory. Can’t wait to go back on my next visit to Madison.“

“I did not expect this. Great food, great atmosphere for watching sports, great beer selection at reasonable prices! Many beers on tap are priced $5 to $6.50! I went in and ordered the ribeye beef dip ($14.25) and it was absolutely delicious! No noticeable gristle or fat. For an extra dollar I upgraded to sweet potato fries which were good, just not crispy. I saw the potato tots and they looked great as a regular free side that I will pick next time.“
“An awesome brewery with a great beer selection! Open all year, but especially attractive in the warmer months where they have a HUGE outdoor seating area complete with a stage where they have regular live music! Food trucks also frequently visit in the summer! A great spot to hang out.“

“Food was all amazing. Felt a bit rushed to finish and leave. As they where cleaning around us to close at least a half hour earlier then their posted hours (online and on the stood front). But I would still return.. I would just make sure to go sooner next time.“

“First time at the new location and I liked it! The HH specials are wonderful, the food is yummy and solid for bar food. We shared some curds and I got a wrap which was perfect to split for 2 people. It was a sunny summer day so sitting outside was divine and I would recommend doing so. They also have plenty of space inside and 2 entrances so beware! Your tabs don't cross over to the two bars, so once you pick a place stay there but I would come back!“

“We've had two great experiences so far at Fuji. Dinner was a bit of a slow start, with multiple customers who arrived after us ordering and enjoying drinks before us. We were a party of four, the first to be sat at a table. It would have been nice to order a drink right away to enjoy while we waited. We probably wouldn't have even noticed the wait with a drink. We also would have been more likely to finish that drink and order another with dinner. We also would have been more likely to tip 20%+. The chef and the food absolutely delivered, we were 100% satisfied. So much so that we returned for a nice lunch the next weekend. Service was a bit sharper. I would have ordered another drink and maybe dessert with more attentive service though. Highly recommended for your hibachi cravings.“

“Easily the best service I’ve received at any restaurant. The staff was solicitous but not pesky. They had great recommendations on spice levels and beverages. The food was spectacular! I only wish I lived closer so I could frequent this lovely enterprise.“
