Went to Al and Al’s for their St Patrick’s day buffet on Tuesday! The corned beef and the eggrolls were so delicious! I’ve never had corned beef that literally melted in your mouth! I highly enjoyed the 2 different soup options too! The crew in the kitchen is wonderful and does a great job!
I had the shrimp tacos last week and they were amazing!
Good food, great service! While I was there with my wife, I witnessed a waiter(not mine) take care of a couple who had difficulty getting to the salad bar due to their immobility. He checked back with them often, and took the time to physically go to the salad bar himself and prepare a salad and extras for the couple. He really didn’t have to do that. Al & Al's Steakhaus is a restaurant that serves delicious meals. The beer battered cod and broiled walleye are delicious. The salad bar and soup are included with dinner, and the whiskey old fashioned is perfect. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere and daily specials. The St Patrick's day buffet features corned beef and eggrolls that are very delicious. The hand breaded perch is also delicious, with crunchy breading and served very hot. The ribs are amazing, with a nice bite to the sauce. The salad bar is delicious, with fresh lettuce and many options, including pasta salads and soup. The prime rib is very good, comparable to other places in the area. The restaurant also features live polka music, which is a bonus. Overall, Al & Al's Steakhaus is a great place to eat, with generous portioned entrees and a neighborly atmosphere. It is a place where people can enjoy a good meal and have a great time.
