“Rookie’s hosted our Pacelli High School ‘74 50th Class Reunion last weekend. Our reunion had 80 attendees. If you think Rookie’s only runs a great sports bar, you’re wrong. Rookie’s also has a terrific banquet hall and did a wonderful job accommodating our event with a family style banquet dinner (fried chicken, roast beef, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans). There is also a dedicated bar in the banquet room and the bartender did a great job serving (cash bar) and guests hardly had to wait at all for their drinks. Randy and Deb were very responsive to our every need, and their banquet prices were among the lowest in the area. An excellent value!“

“Always enjoy visiting Amber Grill. Their potato soup my favorite so make sure to order an extra to go. To finish the meal with carrot or chocolate cake is the hardest decision of day. Service is top notch, friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Servers have been absolutely great when children are included with our party.“

“We went to Club Forest bar and restaurant after the WIAA State Cross Country Meet in Wisconsin Rapids that my wife and I attended with relatives. Everyone was hungry and we knew Club Forest would fit the bill. We didn't want fast food or something that would take too long to get \nEveryone was more than happy with the beer selection and food. There were 7 of us and I called ahead to make sure they would have a table to accommodate us. They said no problem and when we got there it was ready. People at our table ordered tthe specialty pizza, burgers, etc. and everything was EXCELLENT!\nIf you haven't tried this hidden gem Bar/Restaurant, you need to, you won't be disappointed!“

“Decent stop after the rosholt fair…found a free drink chip at the fair so that’s why we went, lol. Food looked awesome. Busy but the two bartenders were on top of it serving drink and food, for how busy it was you’d expect a longer wait for a drink but they were on top of it.

Kid-friendliness: If you’re a parent that doesn’t want to ‘culture’ your kids, skip it and take them to McDonald’s. Lol. This is a place where a kid could get an education on what a rowdy bar is like without it being out of control.

Parking: Lots of parking, basically a huge field to park in.“
