I ordered a gluten-free sandwich and was really let down. It was about a quarter of the size of a regular sandwich, cost nearly $4 more, and was poorly assembled. I specifically requested no tomato, yet there were tomatoes on it, this kind of oversight is unacceptable, especially when dietary restrictions are involved.

Erbert and Gerbert's in downtown Stevens Point is under new management since these past years reviews! Food, service and staff are AWESOME!!!! LOVE the Narmer! My fav 😍
I have been sick with migraines and i i wanted a sub and soup so bad, but it said i was out of there delivery area. Now the young man did it anyways..he didn't have to. He was very kind and had great customer service. I am never disappointed in the food or service here. BTW there chicken dumpling soup is awesome along with my favorite the Girf sandwich

Erbert and Gerbert's in downtown Stevens Point is under new management. Food, service and staff are AWESOME. The Narmer is a favorite. Food is tasty enough, and staff are friendly when not understaffed or busy. Prices have increased, expect to pay between $11 and $15 for a combo. Some reviews mention issues. One sandwich was fine except the lettuce was sour and expired. Another sandwich was extremely sloppy and sad, with no drink received for $40 for 2 sandwiches and a soup, though the location fixed it. A different sandwich was made sloppy, the guacamole was a mess, and only a few bites could be eaten, but this was the first bad experience. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible.
