Instead of addressing concerns, he’ll tell you that you “don’t know what you’re talking about” and promise to refund your order — a promise he never follows through on. This is by far the worst Glass Nickel Pizza location I’ve experienced. With so many better pizza options in Sun Prairie, I regret giving them multiple chances. Do yourself a favor: reheat a frozen pizza. It’ll taste better, and you won’t have to deal with Adam’s attitude.“

“We travel all over the U.S.. Last night we decided to hit a place close to where my husband was working. Most people love the pizza but we weren’t in the mood The Mac and Cheese was alright. Needed more salt and it was a bit dry for Mac n cheese. The lasagna however was AMAZING!! Lots of meat and the flavor profile was incredible. Lots of spice. I love lasagna with texture and this hit the mark for both of us. It was also a large portion so I had plenty for the next day. Go try the lasagna!!

Edited!! Husband went with a coworker for lunch the next day. The pizza is just as good as the lasagna. I did not try it fresh but the Mediterranean Pizza HITS even reheated. Man this place just keeps getting better!! Go try them!!“

“We had Ian's Pizza Cater our wedding. This is the location we got to have one of our favorite planning memories. Food Tasting, what really made it an incredible experience is Staci, the Account Manager, who took the time to get to know us, explain all the different recipes, how they work with allergies, and even took notes on everything we were saying during the tasting. She stayed flexible and understanding while working with us to have our favorite food on our big day! The Garver Feed Mill is also a beautiful building that helps any visit there feel special.“

Their soda machine was out of service, so I had to go somewhere else for a drink since I was eating on the road.The other issue was the bathroom. It appeared clean, but it smelled like a barnyard. Not like someone had just used the bathroom, but like there was an issue they needed to have fixed. It was really foul.“

“Have not been here in 5 years. Their menu was totally different. They *used to* have a Thai dish with hot peanut sauce but no more. We both chose the Pad Thai hoping to experience some of the former magic, but didn't. We really missed that former dish. Their current menu seem a bit bland, not spicy - the latter our preference. So we may be rethinking going back“
