“PJ is the man!! I ordered a large apple crisp oatmilk shaken espresso, wrap and sandwich at approximately 5:30PM. The line was long and continued to be for another 40+ minutes. PJ and his coworker did a wonderful job keeping up with the orders.. I sat on my phone while enjoying my drink and food while also watching PJ in awe. I felt so bad for how busy he was.. it does not seem easy at all to accommodate so many people and orders! Wanted to give a shoutout to these 2 especially PJ! Thank you for your SPECTACULAR service.“

“Pre-ordered ahead of time with the app. Had never done pick-up this way previously, had drinks and food sitting on the counter at the far side. My girlfriend had ordered an esspresso drink, and at this location, there didn't seem to be any spot that you would normally find in a café that had ya' know sugar packets, creamer, etc. The staff seemed fairly busy at the time, and we were also in a hurry, so we both shrugged and wondered if this was just a sign of the times in a digital age.“

“I rarely write reviews. This morning I had a wonderful experience at this location. I ordered incorrectly and was even politely asked to confirm my order in the drive through and did so. I still had some brain fog from waking up and didn’t realize to I got to the window that it was incorrect and completely my mistake. After I had already paid, Bella and the two others, a gentleman and lady, quickly and more than politely corrected my order and even gave it me on the house despite the fact it was completely MY error. Everyone working this morning had a wonderful attitude and were polite and professional. I will certainly be stopping back here next time I need my morning cappuccino.“
