Starbucks in Madison

“Fantastic Starbucks location. It is conveniently located within 2 blocks of Capitol Square and is attached to the adjacent hotel lounge area.The location is very spacious with plenty of seating and a large window. The store is very clean and the staff are excellent.I ordered a Paradise Drink but they ran out of pineapple bits. They asked if I would like dragon fruit or strawberries in it. It was so kind of them to still give me some dried fruit with the drink.The dragon fruit was scrumptious when paired with the pineapple and oatmilk mixture.“

“Stopped in to the Starbucks inside Target on Lien Rd in Madison on Monday. Was instantly welcomed by a warm smile and a hello from Sidney. I’m incredibly indecisive but Sidney was very patient with me and explained some new menu items. I got a new summer lemonade and my friend a coffee. Sidney made them both perfectly. I was a little bummed I couldn’t leave her a tip (not allowed to take them) as her service was great! Thanks Sidney!“

“They always don’t mind when I order and ask to get just ice in a personal cup. Also not every Starbucks has a good atmosphere (worker wise) and this Starbucks specifically I love going to because the workers are always friendly and they fill my no ice drink to the top!“

The closures have not always been up to date on the site i was given to stay informed on any new info. for the project. So recently, I have been trying new routes that I can drive to work in the mornings and this Starbucks is the 1 I happen to drive right past, and it's been a great new/secondary location for me to stop at regularly.“

“I wondered around the Hyvee location looking for food. I am vegan and it is not always easy. Having been ignored by the grocery staff several times, I decided to get some coffee to go. The staff at this Starbucks location were amazing. The only thing bigger than their smiles was their product knowledge. I left with food I could eat and hot coffee. I will be back and kudos to management. Happy staff equals good management.“

“Every time I come to this establishment the same Batista is working all by herself doing the absolute best that she can to get every customer taken care of. Her name is Tobias I believe! “My experience at StarbucksThis starbucks near the University is like any other. Great, high quality, self made refreshers, warm or cold coffee, small snacks and treats and more. Definitely a high quality fast food chain. As I may have spoilered earlier, this Starbucks is right next to the University, which means it usally gets quite busy in here.The staff is honestly slow and rushes you a lot. In terms of price, Starbucks offers reasonable prices based on the quality and the portion size of the product.Overall my experience here was great. Highly recommended.“

“There were only two people working and it looked incredibly busy. You could tell people had been waiting a while for their drinks.
However, the two people working, Coral and the nice bald guy in the drive thru area were seriously killing it and staying so calm under the pressure.“
