Starbucks in Machesney Park

“Starbucks, in general, has been around for awhile but it was nice to be in a newer store. This location is extremely clean, the staff friendly and informative. They made great suggestions for the Sage and Blackberry refresher when it was around.

What made me super excited, and may seem odd to some, is the fact that they offer glasses and mugs if you're staying in to drink. This was something I missed in a lot of places and, if I'm being honest, makes me want to come back for that aspect alone.“

“I've been to Starbucks all over the country, this is THE BEST location- hands down. They are incredibly busy at all times, yet they manage to know their customers names and drinks and do a stellar job! Heather- the store manager is fantastic - clearly leads her team by example & makes sure every customer feels valued for their patronage. My mother used to go daily- before ALS took her ability to drive (and speak). This location STILL knows her drink , writes a sweet note to her. They are seriously amazing 👏 👏👏“

“I live in Roscoe and I chose to drive to this location rather than my local Starbucks. I order online through the application and my order is always ready for me. This location gets very busy and even when you can see the employees are visibly overworked they are still polite and fix any mistake made.

Parking: A number of businesses are next to Starbucks so parking fills up quickly.“
