“Went through the drive through. First, they gave my passenger the wrong thing, and when she told them, the woman who was helping us was EXTREMELY RUDE! She blamed my friend for her getting it wrong and she claimed my friend had asked for something different, even though I heard every word and i read it on the computer screen before we pulled up to the window. I made sure it was right because the last time I was there they accidentally gave me the wrong thing and i was really disappointed when i got all the way home and realized it. Instead of just apologizing the woman proceeded to argue with my friend until another starbucks employee intervened and asked what the commotion was about. When we explained, she said she was so sorry and she remade the drink. Other than the one employee being TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, everything was great. And I absolutely LOVE the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino“
