We are lucky to have a DQ in Waterford... for a little town, our restaurants punch above their weight... even the fast food! The Dairy Queen is no exception... we always seem to be pulling in to the drive thru right before closing time and they still are friendly and patient. It's a huge bonus that their ice cream machine is always working and they never close early... blizzards for everyone!!
It was a hot day never been to this location always went to Burlington but figured burgers an ice cream let's try Waterford for the first time with wife and daughter. Walked In and windows were dirty floor was sticky and smelt like old oil smell when you walked in. I've been to this location multiple times since it opened, mostly dine-in and occasionally drive-thru. My order has never been screwed up, and food is almost always good. However, one time, the chili on my chili dog tasted nearly burned like it had been reheated and sat in the warmer too many days. I haven't ordered a chili dog since, so I don't know if this is common. What is common is the lack of cleanliness. The floor has been sticky on every visit.
