Good luck placing an online order for pickup in hopes that any of the "kids" that work there will even see the online ticket come through until you show up to pick it up and they realize that an order was placed. (this has happened multiple times, just to test the theory). They should start by actually placing the ticket machine where they actually SEE it.
Roll out of the fall menu during promotion only to be told all out for the season
We ordered our food around 7:12 pm, we did not get our food until 7:30 pm. The food was cold, the chicken strips were hard and the restaurant was dirty. The soda machine was and is always nasty and empty of flavors. The kid making the food would constantly touch his hat and than play w his hair and use the same gloves to prepare the food with. They need adults there working who actually care or they need to retrain these employees. It has been slowly going downhill.
