He took our order and double checked with Kitchen. food came out steaming. He then checked in with us while eating (how often does that happen at fast foor places) and thanked us on the way out. Very pleased with the service tonight and thought Matt should get some public recognition“

“I had a lovely dinner at Forage Kitchen after a conference at the University of Wisconsin Madison! I was looking for a light and healthy dinner, so I got one of the Bowls on the menu - and I was pleasantly surprised to find every ingredient really flavorful and fresh.
Both the space inside the outside are cozy and clean, and the stuff was really delightful.
I absolutely recommend stopping here when in Madison.“

“So great I had to share! I went in after a long day at work and ordered a bowl to go. I walked outside and it slipped out of my hands and all over the street. I was so frustrated and upset, but I went back inside to buy another bowl. “My husband and I booked Ian's catering for our wedding dinner, and I truly believe it was the most inspired meal decision of all. They were tremendously accommodating for an array of guests' allergies and dietary restrictions, and the catering staff were all lovely. They bring a hot top warming oven with them, so the food is fresh, and the line was handled incredibly efficiently. We are so impressed with and grateful for the service we received from our initial inquiry, to the tasting, to our reception itself. “For a loyal customer patronizing Glass Nickel for decades, I shouldn't be in a position to need to write this. With all the problems, - and it seems that nearly each order has come with one or more - I still came back for the great taste of Glass Nickel pizza. However, the most recent issue made me finally decide to take my business elsewhere. My pizza had (over three inches) of no toppings toward the edge. Unacceptable. It appears that the mushrooms are not chopped into bits anymore like in past orders, and that I appreciate, but it looks like the big barren spaces, sans toppings, made up for that. I asked for a refund, but was given a half credit. In addition, I had to dish out more for the tip and delivery charge. I'm finally done with them.“
