Stanley has great customer service. He did an amazing job with suggestive selling, along with making sure the customer was happy with the experience. Shortly after our arrival the restaurant became busy, the staff handled the rush with professionalism. The only negative feed i could give is the cleanliness at the time of the rush. There was no staff available to pick up dirty dishes or to wipe down tables as customers left. Staff seemed to only be able to get to cleanup after...read full review

Friendly staff!! Chelsey was amazing. Brevet had to ask for more breadsticks, she came to our table with them. Loved she was always smiling.Kid-friendliness: They make your children feel very welcomed. And spoke right to her, like she was also a valued customer.

After going thru a busy drive up I got my order and headed home. To find part of my order was missing. I called them to make them aware and their response was fantastic. I headed back and they had remade my entire order, refund my cost and include free gift card, and a real apology. Things happen and we all make mistakes but the response was great Now that's service!
